Terms & Conditions

This apartment is in a very quiet, private condominium with neighbors around, so keeping order and not having parties is very important to us. Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $1000. Please keep pets on a leash and pick up their waste. Also, do not leave them alone in the apartment - they don't like to be left alone in a strange place, and want to visit the beach, too!
